Applications will be closed to Food Vendors on June 1st. Applications will be closed for Arts and Crafts vendors on Friday, June 29th.

Please look over all the information on the vendor application and festival map. If you are interested in being a vendor, fill out the form completely and legibly and mail with your non-refundable vendor fee and refundable teardown deposit. Include photos of your products or booth set up, if possible. Keep a copy of your form for reference. The volume of email and phone calls we receive each year makes it hard to answer every question individually, so your help in reading all the material provided is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your patience. This is the 12th annual year of the Blackberry Festival, and we anticipate a great event! In 2012 we saw approximately 12,000 visitors and 125 vendors in Historic Downtown Lenoir. Thank you for considering our event.

Blackberry Festival Vendor Form All vendors will use the same form. Click the link to download the form. Please print and send in with non-refundable vendor fee and separate refundable $100.00 tear down deposit. Blackberry Festival Vendor Acceptance Vendors will receive acceptance confirmation via email. If a vendor is not accepted, all fees are returned. If a vendor is accepted, booth fees are non-refundable. A $100 teardown deposit is required from each vendor in a separate check from the booth fee. The teardown deposit will be returned in its original form (check, money order) at the close of the festival. If a vendor leaves the festival before the festival closes, the fee is forfeited to the Chamber of Commerce. Leaving the festival early is very dangerous to visitors and will not be tolerated at the NC Blackberry Festival. Instructions and space assignment will be emailed and posted on our site approximately 1 week prior to festival.

Insurance for Blackberry Festival Food Vendors All food vendors (including non-profit organizations) using flammable equipment like stoves, grills and fryers, MUST supply proof of insurance to the festival organizers. Proof of insurance can be sent with the application or faxed separately to 828-726-0385 if you do not have it at the time of application. Insurance proof must be received by June 30 for all food vendors.
Blackberry Festival Food Vendors - Inspectible Food vendors are selected on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition to an entry form and fees, proof of insurance must be submitted with your application. You will receive notification of acceptance within 3 weeks after the Chamber of Commerce receives your entry form. All fees will be returned if you are not accepted. If you are accepted, your form will be sent to the Caldwell County Health Department. Forms will be sent to you. It is your responsibility to comply with all health department regulations.
